If you're in Auckland you would have experienced A LOT of rain overnight. We had over 90mm here in Waiau Pa! Here is an example of why Ebb & Flow is a popular base construction for arenas. The new surface chosen is Woodhill Black Sand as it has great binding & compaction properties and is cost effective.
