North Ridge Stud is a family owned boutique stud, with a focus on breeding competitive show jumpers and eventers from proven European bloodlines.

 Situated on a beautiful 50 acre coastal property north of the picturesque Clevedon village, the purpose-built facilities have been carefully thought out to optimise daily operations and provide an enhanced environment for training and care.

We first met the Stokes family in 2016, building a truck barn, the project expanded to the design and build of the main barn complex with an integrated 4 bedroom apartment, workshop and stables. The main barn residence was awarded Gold at the 2018 Master Builders House of the Year awards, along with the regional lifestyle award for sustainability excellence. A GGT Fibre and Sand arena was installed to provide a quality surface to work the horses on.

 As North Ridge Stud’s operation grows, we’ve had the pleasure of working with the family again to design and build a new stable complex which was completed earlier this year. The new six stable block provides a safe and functional space to work with mares, foals and sport horses.
