In our second year of entering the Master Builders House of the Year awards, we are ecstatic to have received the Regional Sustainable Excellence award for the second year running.
Our 2020 entry is a stunning modern farmhouse built in Ararimu, South Auckland. The home features numerous sustainable design features, including a three-phase solar system with energy storage and an electric vehicle charger.
Materials used in the build have been carefully selected for their energy efficiency properties, and the home is jam-packed with smart technology including a home automation system that maximises energy efficiency through the control of heating, cooling, lighting and electrical loads.
The judges also said the secret basement wine cellar is perfectly built to sustain the owners through any future lockdowns!

We are delighted to have received an additional silver and two bronze awards for our three home entries this year.
