Three decades of design and build experience, combined with the input of our specialist designers and subcontractors early in the project, ensures that the team’s expertise is incorporated in the design solution at the earliest possible time.  This approach allows questions of logistics, building techniques, value engineering and waste minimization to be thoroughly investigated and the most effective options chosen.

  • Reducing our Client’s Risk

We have developed a time proven staged process which allows you to control your level of commitment.  This eliminates the traditional risk of committing to an expensive full design and tender procurement process only to find the project blows the budget.  Significantly, our process also results in a considerable saving in design time and cost.

As we are the sole contracting party for your full turn key project, from feasibility and concept, to handover, all project management, design and construction functions are handled by us.  We are fully responsible for all aspects of delivering a superior project result.

The Way Forward

 

  • We believe that project feasibility should be established before you commit to significant expense.  So, we start by gaining an understanding of your business, then working with you and your team to develop a preliminary design solution and sense-check your budget.
  • Detailed design and project planning follow, providing certainty around cost, quality and timing.  Our clients appreciate our inclusive approach as it gives them control over their commitment and overall project result.
  • Of course, once you are happy with the design, our experts manage all necessary consent processes and by minimizing project timeframes work to reduce overall holding costs.  By taking full responsibility for your project, we ensure there is no delay in the transition from the design phase to construction.
