Econobuilt specializes in design build projects for the education sector and has a complete understanding of the Ministry of Education's design guidelines and building processes.  

We have a wealth of experience in developing classroom blocks, as well as school halls, gymnasiums and performing arts centres.  We have in fact completed more design build projects for schools than any other company and are regarded by the Ministry of Education (MOE) as the leaders in the design build market. 

We work with the School’s Board of Trustees, their Project Manager and interested user groups to develop a comprehensive, mutually agreed design brief, confirming project goals and quality standards.  We have a proven ability to operate in a school environment during the school term and are experienced in minimising the impact on student learning and ensuring the site is safe.
